Media Releases

In this section, you will find templates to create a media release for your event. Here's what to do:

1. Click a link below based on your event to view the release template.
2. A new window will open, displaying the document.
3. Click the "..." (More) in the upper right-hand corner, then click "Download".
4. Fill in the blanks to update the template for the event.
5. Save your document, then submit to your local newspaper and media outlets.
